Healing Circles are a core part of Homies Unidos Denver’s Community Violence Intervention approach, creating a supportive environment where youth can process experiences, strengthen relationships, and build the skills needed to move forward.
Through facilitated group conversations, youth have opportunities to explore their emotions, identity, experiences with violence, and personal goals while building connections with peers and trusted adults.
Healing Circles draw from cultural practices and community values to strengthen resilience, self-awareness, and positive decision-making.
